Finally beat EP Wave 7!
Thanks to the awesome team that invited my random butt and helped me get through it. They let me stay through a few runs and I apparently got lucky. The smg dropped twice although I haven’t tried it in crucible yet, I’ve been told that it’s quite good.
So thanks again to the people who invited me and the other players that were passing through. I had fun and I hope to do it again soon!

Lucky you. I've completed it for the first time a few times today with randoms. No guns. Just warlock bonds and boots. F%#king RNG

Did it 3 or 4 times yesterday. No SMG for me. Several others got it thou. I have to admit the shaders are pretty killer looking.

1 ReplySame thing happened to me by random chance. I was just minding my own business patrolling Mars, and I see that EP is activated. I joined in thinking that we might get through level 1 if lucky before everyone disperses. Beat level 1 pretty easily- everyone coordinated speed and heavy. Then came level 2. Boss was a struggle, as usual, but we defeated her JUST as Time ran out. That’s it, I thought. No way we will get through wave 3. Then, somehow we did. Opened the fest, got my token and a blue. After that, the seemingly impossible happened. More people joined in. Hunters starting making orbs for days. Everyone ran to the evil rifts. After we beat levels 4 and 5, I began to think, “holy $hit, we may have a chance!” Wave 6 was surprisingly easy and I heard Rasputin announce the Level 7 boss (ogre this time). It was very close, but we killed him JUST as Time ran out. No weapon, but got me a cool bond to show off. I gotta say- it was a BLAST and will definitely be looking to complete some more. All the supers flying, rockets exploding, and glorious frame-rate drops. It was BEAUTIFUL! 😎👍

2 RepliesHappy days, I have recently as well... I thought the gear was 340, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was powerful gear! I think I missed the smg though (there was a legendary on the floor); didn't realise it was not from the chest and the postmaster was full up already... oh well!

37 RepliesLucky you..... I spent about 2 hours on LFG and here looking for people to run with.... nobody wants a 385 Nightstalker on their team.... all about those void warlocks. Tried to do it with randoms, but every instance had only 2-3 players severely under-levelled. EP is the worst implementation of any new mode I've seen not just in Destiny, but in just about any game....

4 RepliesCongrates fella. We often hijack the server and get 3 of us in so we can hold 9 players. Had a few randoms join us several times and we are happy to help out. Also had a few randoms join our party and they invite some of our clan members to join them, so hats off to those randoms.
