I’ve got three myself, even before archery made destiny cool.
Edit: archery was/still is cool even before destiny.

22 RepliesYeah, I've been an archery enthusiast for 28 years now. Shoot recurve and longbow. That said? Putting archery into a FPS is pretty dumb. They were stretching my suspension of disbelief with swords... but okay, quick reflexes, major damage on close quarters combat, sure. Whatever. But bows? Who the hell takes a bow to a rocket launcher/ sniper rifle/ shotgun fight? Like, what is the advantage here?

Just basically take any Gundam and put his crap on a guardian. That's my little fantasy anyway. O p Gundam Style. Not super stoked about the Archer thing though. Mainly because sharp shooting in the game has not been present ala sniper Etc aside from boss DPS

Edited by zNapSack: 6/7/2018 1:32:12 AMThere's a compound bow in Far Cry 5 as well. You'll find it in the prepper stash on Dutch's island. There's also one in the new Hours of Darkness DLC (set in Vietnam) and I recommend making it your primary weapon as remaining stealthy is well rewarded.
