4 RepliesThere really is something mentally wrong with the people at your company if you think that should be classed as a reveal teaser. That lasted about 3 seconds.
-
7 RepliesIt is incredibly ironic that the expansion is called Forsaken. Forsaken means something that is abandoned or renounced. Not only is it the state of affairs for players, but it is also is a sad reminder of how the game has been treated by the leadership of Bungie.
-
5 RepliesI love how much passion you guys lately put in your wording for these posts. Can you make it any more obvious how much you hate communicating with us at this point? In a way it's great that you got rid of your awesome/exciting/fantastic marketing bullsh*t bingo, but this feels like some meat scraps that a butcher is throwing out for the street dogs. Do you actually like this game, your job, the community?

Edited by Laysson: 6/5/2018 12:58:20 PMDLC I and II are required to play DLC 3 PS : Fool me once.
-
Well, that was 13 seconds of my watching the Hunter master race t-bag the ground on landing. Followed by a “the louder we are, the more people will think we’re good!” Orchestra ending.
-
I will be waiting till this DLC goes on sale. For 20 bucks more I can get RDR2. This DLC will prolly be underwhelming and will be half the price by the holiday season.
-
I will say this, I will not ever pre-order anything from any dev. I will not buy this new expansion unless I see people on this forum just losing their minds at how good the game is. Somehow I don't think that would ever happen. Therefore I will be moving on to other titles that will be coming in the fall. Playing Warmind right now and I will admit that its better than CoO, but man, the bar was set pretty low with that release.
-
1 ReplyFor $10 at Eververse you could have viewed the trailer a day early. This is sarcasm, but someone at Bungie will read this and think "genius!"
-
3 RepliesMake or break for you guys. I won’t be pre ordering though. I’ll wait a month and see the reviews first. Not falling for your hype bait anymore.

17 RepliesEdited by 10mm Socket (Timelost): 6/5/2018 11:39:42 PMComments are disabled and the Like and Dislike options are too. You've gone from "were listening, we promise!" To "Stop Yelling at Me!" This is just pathetic now. Edit Below
The reveal Stream was GREAT!
Edited by Demon_XXVII: 6/5/2018 2:34:37 PMReef ? DLC rip off yessssss!
-
3 RepliesPre order and get a "free" exotic that we took away from you at the end of D1
-
If its not free for season pass owners I’m not playing it. You guys lost my faith 100% and my time is better spent with other games that are 100% free and get updates weekly rather than every 4-7 months.

1 ReplyDisables comments and like buttons in the video. Wonder why?

I am loving these responses. Oh how the mighty have fallen!

23 RepliesEdited by Negan: 6/4/2018 10:53:49 PMOh how nice bungie named the year 2 expansion after the destiny fanbase
-
2 Repliesi bet there's one thing they won't say 'no micro transactions in year 2 of D2'
-
There are some big releases in Sept. And Oct. They better bring something big. Not just a new space but will also need to rework the current spaces. Because other than mars I have no desire to visit the other planets. Farm the milestones wherever I'm forced to and never go back.
-
2 RepliesAbout as entertaining as buying last weeks newspaper.
-
Time Gated Content!....
-
Alright cool! I'll go play it today. It's just going to be the exact same thing as D1, so I can play the future DLC waay before it comes out. Lucky me!
-
P.T. Barnum supposedly said, "There's a sucker born every minute." Fortunately for Bungie it appears to be true. Sorry, but I've been done with this franchise since November and no matter how they've tweaked the game it still won't be any better than where they left off with D1 and honestly that wasn't anything to write home about.

Edited by U15777626: 6/5/2018 5:18:34 PMThere are a lot of significant improvements teased within the Bungie Y2 reveal trailer that I'm grateful for (and I'm sure the community are as well), that I believe will address some of the most critical issues outstanding within the game. In addition to potentially great new content. So I want to start by pointing out that I'm grateful for that / appreciate the work / give full praise to the development that is being invested here. A couple big issues Bungie haven't addressed in their Y2 teaser: 1. D2 Economy / Reward System (needs SIGNIFICANT improvement). - Everything is easy to acquire / nothing feels expensive. - Xur 'gives away' 4 free exotics each week (1 of which a player is guaranteed not to have. "Forget collecting, just get a guaranteed free one you don't already have each week from Xur guardians!"). Bungie needs to address this issue BADLY. - Legendary / Exotic Engrams are VERY easy to acquire. 2. Subclass Skill Trees. - I know players really enjoyed the customization / depth of subclass skill trees in Destiny 1, and this system is definitely needed in Destiny 2. I cannot imagine a reason why Bungie would argue not to include this. Those are the 2 BIG TICKET items (I would say that #1 is absolutely critical to the future success of the game, and needs to be developed ASAP). There are a few other 'minor issues' / improvements that I hope bungie look into: - Upgrading Weapon / Armor perks using currency (D1 required players to go to certain maps / collect certain resources which they could use to upgrade their weapon / armor perks as they used the gear more). I know the system is most likely returning based on what was said in the stream, but the implementations ("How" players upgrade their weapons / armour) will be just as important. - Difficult / Hidden Quest lines (think Touch of Malice / Outbreak Prime in D1). This is not only extremely exciting for players, but a huge opportunity for Bungie to flex their muscles with more story / lore. To finish off - I'm sure Bungie would get themselves into hot water if they tried to sell exclusive gear/items/rewards through Eververse without offering a pathway to acquiring them in game.

2 RepliesSo will this dlc be free. Considering you only gave one real expansion so far in warmind as you can't consider CoO a valid expansion. And the fact you just got a huge investment selling part of the company. Trying to jump ship and leave destiny to sink from the company who once had a moto of 'finishing this fight' you now just fail the fans and think they buy your new dingey.
-
3 RepliesFool me once shame you, fool me twice shame on me. Fool me 7 or 8 Times , then I must be a destiny player
-
I know it is going to be Fallen + Cayde We have Iced-Hives and so are we going to have flambie fallens? Let's get to the point, how much is the next DLC ? and, how long is the story hour inside ?
