If there were laws enacted to enforce this, would two black people calling each other the "N-word" suddenly be illegal? And would it be legal to call a white person that word?

Surveys aren't valid study mediums. Here are a number of reasons why: 1. Social desirability bias. Some people answer to be seen in a more positive light, and won't answer with how they actually feel. 2. What counts as offensive language? The subject in itself is highly subject to opinion. 3. 40% of millenials? More like 40% of the small number of millenials the researchers picked up.

Any speech that's offensive to a large group of people shouldn't be publicized, but making jokes and stuff with your friends or trolling online is totally fine. Even if you do have negative feelings for a group of people, that's ok, just don't go around expressing those feelings radically because then you become a terrorist. I don't care whether your black, white, Chinese, Russian, American, or an attack helicopter. We should all just respect eachothers' opinions no matter how much they trigger us. The people that were there for the civil rights movement are alive today and may still have that hate for black people. As long as the racists aren't harming people, which they are, it's ok. On a quick side note, I think it's important to remember that anyone can have a prejudice towards anyone, and while the most common example is Caucasian and African American people, there are way more. Well my little piece of pie is out on the plate now, but what do I know, I'm just a dumb millennial whose generation Is apparently destroying the economy, housing market, and independently owned businesses.

The left continues to push that compassion, tolerance and acceptance are the greatest virtues a person can have. So much so that they take precedence over the truth. Ironically defending those virtues even warrants violence in most cases too.

Creating a taboo is one thing, such as for the word n-----, but saying that people shouldn't be legally allowed to say such things is completely immoral. That's not what democracy exists for.

I'll grantee most will vote yes, compared to maybe 30-35% who would vote no. It just goes to show how our communities are being brainwashed by this political correctness bullshit. Makes me sad for the future.
