23 RepliesHeck yeah I'm freaking stoked! *whiteguy fist-pump* Who else has got a 6-pack of ice cold brewchachos waiting for launch?! I told Todd at work today "Hey Todd, guess who's gonna come down with a nasty case of the sniffles on September 6th?" then I winked and pointed to myself and Todd was like "You're cray-zee brosicle, but I'm right there with ya!" and then we tried to high five but narrowly missed. Can't wait until I can show Susan in accounting my efficiency stats and let her know that it was all done in the competitive playlist, not quickplay. She's sure to go out with me then!

HYPED can be a dangerous thing. HYPED is irrational and all logical is gone when you are....HYPED

1 ReplyEdited by Cordic_Cyberpunk: 7/29/2017 3:03:36 AMi would be hyped but Bungie will not seperate pvp from pve. ALSO today luke smith said that weapon balancing will not be seperate from pvp to pve. So again crucibabies wil fuqing ruin everything (mostly exotics) for the real side pve. Destiny 1.5 it is. 3 years we are asking bungie to seperate pvp from pve. I guess all the negatives we told bungie on weapon balancing for D1 taught bungie nothing.

15 RepliesEdited by zJDz: 7/28/2017 2:18:35 PMYeah I'm ready for stickies that don't one shot kill. I really like the reduction of abilities. Although super energy could come a little sooner. Like 1-2 mins sooner. If they increase overall movement speed (especially the warlock glide) and recovery speed then this game will blow D1 out of the water. I went back and played D1 last night and no one uses a primary. It's stickies, sidearms, and icebreaker. Really D1 could be fixed if they just reduced sticky nade damage to 170 or something. Guns just felt so much better in D2. Oh, just read OPs name. Lol got me.

im excited for it on PC. though i did have fun mucking with the console beta.

1 ReplyI'm pretty jacked up for it. It was hard to go back to D1 after playing the BETA. Even with the lack of content in it.
-
The hype will happen when I'm sitting at the destiny home screen waiting for my next adventure to begin. As of now I'm excited.

3 RepliesEdited by Mr JJ Rogers: 7/29/2017 1:08:51 AMSorry, can't like. I really did enjoy the BETA for Destiny 2 and much of what is being said by the developers and IGN seems fantastic, but I'm not hyped. You see, hype ruins everything. It ruins movies, shows, art, music, activities and games. Hype gives you a false perception of the product that you are buying. Your imagination builds the product up to be something it will never be. So, inevitably, you will be disappointed and find the product underwhelming. Just ruins the whole experience. Though, as much as I try to control my hype so I enjoy the game as much as I can, I can't control the hype. During the BETA, I was acting like a little school girl who got finally attention from her Senpai. It was just too amazing man.
