That's not true at all. I've done it as well as Byf has a video of him doing the same thing. You have to be in close proximity to enemies. But you can just keep spamming the roll/melee. 100%

  • Maybe it resets on kill? But I don't think people are discussing its problem as being a pve mob killing issue, it's more in PvP when you use it once you're done. And doesn't offer any utility for PvE or PvP. Not like stealth or smoke bomb did in D1

  • Pvp I found that the reload dodge is much more effective. To me, it feels like Bungie has a clear subclass tree for pvp and pve specifically. Of course you can use whatever for both, but to me it seems that there is a clear path in each subclass.
