What is the most annoying thing to die to?

Winning a gun fight... But then you notice he's lagging and he one shots you with an Auto Rifle.

The most annoying is when you are going to shot your rocket to a bunch of enemies and your teammate cross in front of you when you push the trigger and you blow up!!!

When one of my team mates step right in front of me when I fire off my Gally...And I do mean timing is spot on when I fire it.....And then I am wondering if I should switch to my machine gun to be safe
