Don't challenge or accept a match of 1v1...
If you can't win! Funniest thing happened today. So I was trying to get bounties and trying out new weapons in elimination, you know not trying. When I lose a Match 5-4 because I guy on my team went afk. I ended 7-7 kd so a 1 kd. Then one of them has the nerve to message saying "you're trash"
Booooooiiiiiii I got so triggered I messaged him
"1v1 me then on my titan"
He's like OK then. They were all in a fire team btw.
So I go over to my titan get my grasp of Malok and pocket infinity
Burning shrine elimination 1v1
He's acting all cocky super sweaty build
He had matador and a TLW with juggernaut.
He says "you're seriously gonna use pocket infinity?"
I said, "hell yeah boi you ain't ready"
So the match starts and he tries to rush me right off the bat. Zzzzzz ratatata boom.
He's dead.
It continues on I have a 3-0 lead. He's all complaining to his teammates
"I've never encountered a pocket infinity before I don't know what to do"
I chased him all over the map. He only won twice. One by super and the other camping corner.
I crushed him 5-2 he's like "I wasn't doing good Cuz blah blah blah..."
Moral of the story. Don't talk smack if you can't back it up.

Played trials last night with some lfg teammates. They kept dying real quick and I was always last alive. We lost 5-1. it was basically me versus shotgun rushing jugg shield scrub. I had a better score than all of them (7-5) and they still had the nerve to tbag me. But they got real quiet when I called them out [spoiler]in the waayyyss of olllllld [/spoiler]

Then he told me to go kill myself. lol He was really upset that he couldn't kill me on Shores of Time while I was guarding C and B (he got me once though and started to teabag). Said I was camping and I'm really the worst kind of a player. I thought the point of Control was to you know, hold the zones?

22 RepliesI remember when I first got XBL for Halo 2. The headset wouldn't work, so the voices automatically came through the TV. The first match I played was a 1v1 (didn't how to use matchmaking at all). I crushed the dude 25-10. He called me a little bitch and said he could beat the piss out of me in real life. I was 14, my opponent sounded about 20. Since this was my first online match my father was beside me the whole time to see what it was all about. He laughed uncontrollably. The next day he came back with a headset and said, "don't take any guff from these nerds, YOU beat HIM, and he needs to know it." I've been a jerk ever since ;)

22 RepliesWell I had a similar experience but I'm the losing side of your private match. But I told him to 1v1 me because the kid ( actual kid ) had no skill. He was running around with a universal and matador. The kid literally had a light level of 311. So I turn light level advantages on and he can't get a single kill cause I'm 400 and he kept making excuses. After that after he knows he can't win, he asks his friend to " kick my ass" and so I accept the new guys challenge and he hard scopes and head glitches with no land and a longbow and he thinks he's good. But I can't win because I can't get close enough to him to even shoot him.

I remember someone challenging me to an ARs-only 1v1 after a match on Halo Reach. He used an edited map which spawned him directly behind me for an easy assassination, and an edited game mode which gave the leading player double damage resistance. Needless to say, I caught on to his bs and left. He recorded the match and tried to make me look bad, but I saved the map and game mode and sent it to all of his friends. Needless to say, his friends got a kick at how trashy he is.

Afterwards one player on the other team messaged me "get good fool!" I just messaged him back and said you lost lol. Then he messaged me back and said he's reporting me?
