People cry in every game. Yet you don't see those games having all the guns crippled. In spite of that, I find that destiny right now PvP wise is probably the most balanced it has ever been, with only 1 weapon class being significantly worse than all the others (snipers). In saying that I do still believe primary's need consistency improvements, and high impact autorifles improved a bit.
