I also just so pissed off at mediacom I just smashed my modem to tiny pieces with one slam of my fists. I just got of the phone from explaining my issue and they said there not allowed to open up ports in my area. So I broke the modem with the b!*€# on the phone and told her now she does not have to worry cause I no longer want there service.
