Why are YOU upset Gjally is being sold?
As far as I've read, it seems the community is not all to thrilled with Gjally being sold. This, of course, could simply be the loud minority and most of you are actually thrilled the elusive launcher is being sold. I personally am elated- due to a trip away from home, I may miss the chance to purchase the launcher. I'm still thrilled. No longer will raids and other endgame content be locked to my friends. Don't get me wrong- I understand that Gjally is basically a luxury car or a giant trophy to hang on the wall- a symbol of wealth and of completion, and that has been effectively stripped from it.

[spoiler]Edit 2: On a completely separate note, thinking about trying my luck for ruin wings, Nothing Manacles, or Don't Touch Me. Is the risk worth the motes, or should I save them for TTK?[/spoiler]

Bungie destroyed this element by allowing Xur to retail the most sought after weapon in the game. I feel sorry for the guardians who had a Gally drop for them this week. Your excitements mean nothing now. The riches are for the masses now. Nothing to be excited about anymore. Nothing is special. Nothing is golden. Nothing is "legendary" if Xur sells everything, anything for that matter. I want Xur to die.

Frankly I could care less. I've had mine since April (been playing since day 1) and I decided to pick up a couple more so I don't have to transfer them between characters. It's been fun watching the forums burn as well.

Im not upset its a scarce exotic sure but I mean look why there nerfing it too many asswipes were requiring Ppl to have it to do everything including nightfalls like really wtf kinda player do u think u are u are trash and prob belong to the cod community same with KDs. I played day on remember he sold it the 2nd week after red death hardly no body could get it nor cared then the vanilla game required skill same with shit now I feel that now since a nerf is about to drop why not go ahead and give it up especially when the the taken queen arrives with way better shit

I have 4 but a shit ton of my friends that play more then me don't have it! I told a good friend of mine that he had it and he was so happy! I can't wait to play with him and help him level it up! :D

I am happy it is being sold. The only thing about is that people are losing out on the experience of receiving it as a reward.
