Perfecting raids

I'm always looking to raid with people but it's hard to find people that are good at the raids. I usually take anywhere from an hour to two just doing one raid and come to understand that's too long. Anybody that's experienced doing Vault of Glass or Crota's end please feel free to hit me up. My online ID is thelegend2675 on ps4.
