Franchises that should be dumped?
What franchises should be consigned to the great big rubbish bin in the sky, as they are well past their sell-by date. IMO:
Assassins Creed;
Resident Evil;
Final Fantasy;
Saints Row;
Call of Duty;
Halo;
Assassins Creed;
Destiny (sorry, couldn't resist it)

Halo is still good. The multiplayer is coming up to date so it's not so clunky, and the story is still great. AC needs to go back in time. Before all the guns. COD is dead. The only thing that would make me play again is maybe a remake of cod 4 or world at war with improved graphics and dedicated servers.

2 RepliesYou're right about Final Fantasy and Assassins Creed. I also think that any shit capcom churns out should be tossed. Bungie should be contracted to be part of a cycle to make Halo games, so at least we can have 50% of the halo games that come out to be good Halo games.

1 ReplyResi still has a chance to redeem itself now they've actually listened to the fans and said they want a return to the roots of survival horror and cod isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be, they add in varied gametype with each release which is a lot more than can be said for other games these days :/
