This should not be allowed to be performed. There r those of us out there that have never upgraded items before and why would a game allow you to spend to reset an item. Makes no sense...

No a bigger question why would pay to upgrade a already upgraded version of a weapon the upgrade option is for people who had the 300 versions not the new 331 version. Bungie didn't fail hes a dumbass for not paying attention.
