What is the most overpowered thing you've ever encountered in a videogame?
My first thought goes to the scarab gun in halo 2's Metropolis level.
It was a pain to get and you could only use it for the last 10 or so enemies in the mission but man was it FUN!
[spoiler]I know there is a scarab skull in the anniversary but I'm sure it's the exact same.[/spoiler]

Actually now that I remember because the next install ment is coming out next month. Everything in disgaea games. They are all superman killers. And I don mean close battle or even superman at his weakest. I mean superman at his most powerful reality breaking powers. And they are literally still way more powerful. Like one guy would just a cel supermans power. How you ask. One of his specials has him jumping into the sun an absorbing the whole sun and using it to make himself bigger than out solar system. Earth fits on his pinky. They all have the power capable of destroying the solar system many times over if they wanted, heck their speed is also in the let me just jump out of the galaxy pull out a comet sized arrow and snipe the sun from the exact solar system I jump out of. Yeah the game is just flashy for the sake of being flashy. (Also level cap is 9999, you can hit trillions of damage per skill use, and the story is just goofy) but yeah. Look at disgaea and punching the moon out of orbit, stacking 4 people and have them take turns uppercutting a guy from the earths surface to the moons surface, and getting off a powerful 21 hit combo that causes them to explode a few seconds after the last hit is all normal in disgaea. And it's a sony exclusive game. Only time one came to a different system was disgaea 1 on the DS.

I forget the name but in CoD MW2 there were old western style shotguns that you could duel wield. The range on those things were INSANE. I don't usually agree with weapon nerfs, but good lord those things were OP.

1 ReplySpartan Laster! It 1-shots vehicles and is a beam of deadliness passing through enemies to take out multiple targets at once! Not to mention it has unlimited range and is ultra-accurate. It may have to charge up before use, but even that does not take away from it's power. A noob would never be able to use it, but in the hands of a good Halo player, it can be a deadly weapon of mass destruction!
