Titans are becoming extinct!!!
Every day I play destiny I always see a flood of (in my opinion) generic hunters and a few warlocks scattered around and MAYBE if I'm lucky I'd come across a Titan. I just feel like titans are unpopular even though their subclass (the defender) is a great support class but you have to find a Titan first. I have to thank any titans out there for being there when the team needed support or a damage dealer.I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter too. [spoiler]this is just my OPINION [/spoiler]

I love playing as a titan so if we do run low on them that will just mean more ppl will need my help for raids :3

I was a titan but I felt way underpowered so I made a warlock an I can tell right away that the warlock is far mor powerful so now the warlock is my main an my titan is just collecting dust till its needed in a raid/strike or till they release a subclass that changes my mind.

People bought their own copy so they can do what they want. I wouldnt care if there was just hunters.

Strikers are not great for PvE and people tend to avoid support classes. However Strikers are still quite good in pvp due to fist of havoc room clearing and shoulder charge.

Titan is so OP in crucible and I run only the Titan! Shoulder charge is basically a free unlimited super in itself.

I love being a Titan. There isn't anything much more satisfying than watching a bladedancer or a sunsinger come bum rushing towards me, only to be met by the devastating force of my hammer fists!

Defender in PvP is very usefull imho. I have exotic armor that give me 2 grenades and have alot of diciplines. Sticky grenades are very good. The bubble is also helpful when you are trying to capture a flag in domination. Thete will always have someone that wants to try you.

I gravitate towards something between protective and berserker roles in games. The Titan is pretty much the only class I can play that way. The more I think about it, I really l think my gamertag fits the Titan pretty well. Fog, as in fog of war, or obscurity/confusion/lack of intel, and hammer... which is obvious. You will probably see more Titans in PvP in Skirmish and Control than Rumble or Clash. When I can drop my Ward to res an ally or help my team hold a key point, then I really shine. Even as a Striker I feel like Titans are intended for support. Charge in at the head of a group into a crowded objective, Havok everything you can, and your allies should be filing in to sweep out what you missed as you recover. I used to think Titans did better in PvE, but now I'm thinking that really, all it has to do with is "does the Titan have a team?" and "how well is the Titan [i]supporting[/i] that team?"

I'm glad I'm one of them then. I love playing Titan. My 2 closet Destiny friends run titans too so we love smashing and bubbling stuff. Fun times. Titans aren't THAT underpowered in crucible. Nuke is still a nuke. Combine that with death from above and you're literally a Titan missile that's almost impossible to kill during the flying animation. Bubbles have their use... I'm wreckless I'll give you that, but there's NOTHING more gratifying than a shoulder tap of love right over a rail. That, or a flying drop kick! Nothing like it. #shouldertapoflove

I love my titan. I have the most fun playing it. I think they r the most versatile class for raids and strikes. In pvp I have a blast as a striker while using my shotty.

I have a level 27 Titan and would guess about 25% of the players I see are Titans. Playing on PS4 and I chose the Titan due to his cool look though I will admit the Hunters tend to own Crucible. I'm still happy with him and enjoy the PvP and play the PvE only as needed. Like most PvP players I have a massive lack of Ascendant Shards.

underpowered in crucible? played crucible against a titan that came in first like 3 games in a row. he ran around with a shotgun and shoulder slammed everyone. Titans aren't underpowered, you just have to know how to use them.

I just created my Titan a couple days ago, I'm loving it so far, a lot different than warlock that's for sure but I'm thinking Titan will be my new main.

4 RepliesI've been titan since alpha and I doubt that will change. I have a hunter but the titan is my preference, by far. I think many people went hunter to see how fun blade dancer would be and ended up staying with it since it's massively op in PvP.

It's funny was playing with a friend the other day and she kept on saying there was nothing but titans for p v p.
