Step 1: take some electrical engineering courses. Step 2: familiarize yourself with electronics. Step 3: take a sewing class. Step 4: after all this is done, order some insulated wire. When it arrives, then you carefully take apart whichever gaming controller you use for your console and take out all the vibrating rotors. Step 5: cut some 4 foot pieces of the insulated wire you ordered and strip each end. Use the soldering skills you learned in your class to complete the original circuit that connected the vibrating rotors. Step 6: use your sewing skills to sew pockets onto the front part of a pair of underwear and embed the vibrating rotors inside those pockets. Step 7: put the covers back into the controllers, you may have to drill tiny holes for the wires that extend to the rotors in the underwear.
