I'm fortunate enough to only have partial red/green color blindness but +1
Honestly feel like the radar should have been blue. Blue colorblind is much rarer.

A color change in radar would be nice. I hate the location of radar. It should be down in bottom left corner.

I can see the blue icons fine on the radar. The red appears to be brown to me and fades into the brown background most of the time. Yellow. That would be better for enemy radar for me with blue kept for friendly. Actually what would be perfect was being given the option to choose your own colours. That way all the different colour blind varieties would be covered.
