Playing the beta you can tell this game will be massive the artist who developed the scenery have done a great job.

I missed the moon, but showed the aurora to my son. The artwork in Destiny is unreal. Thanks again Bungie, you definitely have not disappointed.

I remember spending about 20 straight minutes of the beta just staring at the green-light night sky of Old Russia. Another player joined me halfway through my vista-venture. Truly magical.

19 RepliesI understand taking artistic liberties and all to make a visually immersive backdrop for us to play in but Phobos and Deimos look nothing like that in the Martian sky. Only if they were about to crash in the the surface of Mars would they appear that close. Unless there is an explanation given in the story like bringing them close to surface for resource mining, so now they hover close to surface like the traveler does on Earth.

great scenery. similar to metroid corruption I thought. who doesn't like scenery like at the beginning of 2001, lol? I expect there to be some alternate dimension planet DLC with Roger Dean artwork as the background. It's required lol. why not just hire roger dean lol

43 RepliesIt would be great if there was a difference between the gravity of each area. Make the game more immersive. The first time when I and my friends went to the moon, we were curious to check on the gravity, then we all said: "booo !!!" Don´t need to be 100% accurate, but just be different without compromising the level design.
