Who Do The Cabal Remind You Of?
I keep looking at the Cabal and thinking that they look like some enemy I have seen before but for the life of me I cannot remember who.
Does anyone have a clue as to who I mean?

If you played the shadow broker dlc on mass effect 2 they are similar to beating him. He had a shield and looked like them.
