I'd say chances are that it's because the beta is now shutdown. I'm guessing Bungie has wiped the servers for a fresh start on release day

When 9/9 hits we will all start fresh. But the good news u will have a leg up on most, as u understand how to play. :)

Do you have a source? People have been wondering or not if they get to keep their progress and it would save a lot of time for people if they know

I got the app off the google store, and i didnt see a description for saving progress. Although, wouldnt it suck for beta players not being able to save their progress bc they dont have the app?

It doesn'tsay anything about saving it just discusses keeping up with your character from the beta, why would you keep up with it not to keep it, you know!

Wat I'm saying is this app would be pointless if that was the case, oh here is a pointless character you can stare at on your phone till the game comes out, then you can start over and stare at a new one., I'm not saying 100% that we keep em all but I heard rumors we can keep the one we played on the moon with
