This may be huge, and I hope it's in the full game, but I have been looking forward to space free roam. Like when you enter orbit, it shows a cutscene of you going out from that planet into space. In space there should be fallen, hive, cabal, etc., enemy ships out there for you to destroy. It seems like such A cool idea to me. I don't know If it will make fireteam travel harder, but I hope they have it in the full game! Maybe it's already confirmed and I just didn't see it. I don't know. I'll put up a poll to see what you guys think.
