Trash powers were used in the original InFAMOUS, which was quite cool because they got very creative with the enemy types. And I think Rubber was mentioned in a cutscene in Second Son, so maybe in DLC they'll add such powers (also mentioned were glass and wire)

jup, but it was an audio log, and the powers included Wax, Windows, Mirror, String, and plastic/Rubber
