That sounds pretty cool but at the same time might stray to far away from it's roots. It will either be a masterpiece or the black sheep of the franchise.

Yeah that's what I worried about, they wouldn't want to do something that strays from the formula, but isn't that what Kirby Air Ride was? It turned out great, and is one of my favorite games of all time, they just need to be willing to take the chance if it's done well, and they need to listen to the community of Nintendo to make it work.
