I played 2nd Gen D&D at High School, 3rd Gen and 3.5 at Uni.
I own the Core books for a few of the spin-offs, like the Firefly and Warcraft tabletops.
If there was a group near me I would play every week, without fail.

same here. but I lack that capability.

i started 1 up with my girlfriend and my drinkin buddy i bought all the D&D map tiles minis books etc. it was fun first time ever tried to run a game (pathfinder) but wish i had more cool peeps. spent alot of money and got alot of cool stuff but even it being just the three of us it was fun. card board cut-out minis by pathfinder work cheaply and well bought several sets to have multiples. oh and ps my gf loved the arts and crafts part of building the scenery (houses and trees and shit ,fences).
