If you can remember them. I haven't muted anyone and I don't think I will unless it is a John Cena-like poster.
Also, are entire threads invisible if you mute someone who makes those threads?

I dont think ive muted anyone.

Haven't muted anyone, some of the most entertaining posts are the ones that aren't meant to be.

Edited by Verachi: 1/30/2013 10:57:11 PMI only have one person muted. I have hid a good amount of posts though. My plan is If I find myself hiding your posts often I mute you or if its an obvious troll.

Nobody, and I agree with you OP unless it's a spammer I don't intend to mute anyone.

Also, are entire threads invisible if you mute someone who makes those threads?
If you mute a member (with the selection of "No Reason") then you will not see their posts and if they create a topic, I believe that you will see a collapsed "hidden topic" in your listing. Also, since you have muted them, if you see their name as the most recent reply and click on their name/link (to go into the topic) you will not see their reply, but will see the posts of others within that sub-thread. There is an option link at the top of the thread allowing you to "show hidden posts". If however, you mute a user and select one of the "light the bat-signal" reasons and that mute/report is mirrored by other members, then it feeds into the ninja work-queue, we see the reports and either give a thumbs up/down as to whether the accused is guilty of the charge against them... and then, that mute not only effects what you see, but results in that member being banned (from the public forums and private groups). At least that is my understanding of things as they have been explained to me so far. All is capable of change and likely will. Your actual mileage may vary.

3 RepliesShoe General spammers/bad posters. I don't like the concept of muting people based on their opinions.

GT Stryker, that guy sucks!

None.

Haven't muted anyone yet.

I've only muted one user, some guy who was trying to impersonate Baph, I think. I also think that you should be notified if somebody mutes you, and there should be a list of everyone who has you muted for you to see.

3 RepliesMy level of tolerance is low when it comes to attention whoring through insults and intentionally controversial posting. I have around 20 people on my muted list, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my Bungie.net experience. I truthfully believe that if you have not muted anybody here yet, you're missing out on the greatest upgrade to the site. The best part is, not a single person who I've muted knows that I have muted them, so nobody gets their feelings hurt either :-)

Vien. That guy is a fool.

No one because I can take opinions and am not insensitive towards everything.

Edited by Lord Keksworth: 1/29/2013 11:33:57 PMNone. Nobody really gets to me enough to make me block them entirely.

Also I'm pretty sure there are people here that muted me as well. Not many people like me anyway.

3 RepliesEdited by Spawn: 1/29/2013 8:38:34 PMNot going to post their usernames, but it's upwards towards 20 or so for me. Publicly displaying their usernames would defeat the purpose. I'm only altering my view of bungie.net, no one else. You just have to accept the fact there are people who will mute you for no apparent reason. I do have a question regarding mutes in general for anyone that knows, if I mute a user, does that also include a PM block?

Edited by Decimator Omega: 1/29/2013 11:24:28 PMI only muted the one user that has harassed my friends and I and impersonated me. Every account is his. His former name? ODST Apache. He's now FIELDS72 on his main account.

3 RepliesI quite like them not knowing I've muted them.

Nobody.

Too many to bother listing. I can't remember half of them anyway.
