I feel building is the biggest struggle for a lot of people. I'm not the peak of it, but I understand basics of using mods where I want and pushing the stats I use. But I see a lot of people just all over the place with no synergy at all. Ran into a couple hunters the other day running the quad BARELY 100 stats, no set bonus at all, and 3 stacking the movement mod on their stompeez. Multiple 100 stats is fun, but you're really missing out on the armor 3.0 benefits being way above that, and taking advantage of set bonus perks.
