No Support Email for Bungie.. (I need an account recovery..)

I contacted Xbox countless times and its been weeks with ZERO follow-up email.. I was wondering if you guys keep data on your servers aswell, maybe you can transfer data to a new bungie email or account, I can provide further details if possible. Thanks.
