It is frustrating to see that "The Top Issues Being Investigated" mostly pertain to emblems and non-gameplay items and this crash is relegated to near the bottom of the list of identified issues. I'm sure you have a large influx of players returning and catching up on content. This crash is preventing players from progressing and potentially buying more content. I would think it would be prioritized higher given that fact unless the team hasn't updated the top investigated issues.
