Hello, I need assistance with a Cross Save account-linking issue. Many years ago, my brother linked his Steam account (“Killer bean”) to my Bungie account. I have not used that Steam account myself. I waited the full 90-day Silver lock period and unlinked it successfully. Now I am trying to link my correct Steam account (“Balmarduk”), but Bungie.net will not let me connect it. It looks like there is still a leftover Steam association blocking the link. I have not purchased any Silver recently, and I have not played Destiny on Steam for over a decade. I need: A manual removal/reset of any Steam account connection tied to “Killer bean.” Clearance to link my correct Steam account “Balmarduk” to complete Cross Save with my Xbox characters.
