Artifact Error
Anyone else get the red banner that says “Requirements not met” for almost all their mods? Even with all the mods filled out.
Update: It’s a prompt issue. The mods work but the mod doesn’t display/show it’s active when playing!!

Yes I see what you are describing and just tested a legend lost sector. The mods still work even champion mods (did edz lost sector with anti barrier and overload) and they still work. Might just be a overlay issue with the prompt coming up saying requirements not met.

The last tier can only be activated once you've used 10 earlier slots, so you can't refund 1-10 if you have mods active in the last column. The requirements not met means requirements to refund the slot. If you refund the mods in the last column, the red writing goes away on 1-10
