originally I had all of my characters and gear on my xbox one, and now I did the whole cross save thing to transfer to a ps5 but when I logged onto the game it asked my birthday and some other stuff and I also don't have access to any of my characters. (I had never opened the game before on ps5) I dunno what I did wrong but some help would be sick
