Unlinking cross save but can’t authenticate
I’m trying to unlink my Xbox/steam from my cross save since I no longer use/have/need them.. I have no idea what the emails are anymore though or passwords 🥲
Who do I contact to help me deactivate cross save?

3 RepliesYou will need to work with Xbox/Steam support to recover access to the accounts. Bungie will not forcibly deactivate Cross Save or unlink any accounts for security reasons.
