Pre-Ordered Final Shape but can't get Ship
I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Final Shape back when it first launched. I was able to redeem Tessellation and seemingly everything else in game EXCEPT for the Pyramid Ship.
I've checked the Special Offers box and there's nothing in there. I've checked my Collections tab and the ship is grayed out, stating it's a "Pre-order Bonus"
I believe I pre-ordered on the Bungie Store site, not through the Xbox store. How can I get to claim the ship?

Platforms cancelled most/all of their preorders for TFS when the delay was announced - so you'll want to verify if you still have yours. If it does still show you having it double check the kiosk next to the gunsmith in the tower
