Authentication
So I want to connect my bungie account to my Xbox account but it’s already connected to an Xbox account and I don’t have access or the information for that account. Is there anyway I can unlink it from my bungie account?

No, as you have cross-save active you will need the login to be able to deactivate cross-save so you can unlink that account.
