PS4 voise and text chat problem
Hello
My niece has a PS4 and the voice and text chat completely stopped working on Destiny 2. All of her other games work fine but D2 does not. We have tried most everything we can think of but nothing seems to work. This happened in the second week of guardian games. We tried to open her account on another PS4 and it still failed to work. There are others that seem to have this problem is there any solution? My niece is our clan leader and it is killing us not to have her in raids with us. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your niece is likely under the age of 13 which is the age of digital consent. Players under the age of digital consent will be restricted to what they can do. If this is incorrect, your niece can use the form linked below to correct this information. Your niece will need to provide ID (such as a passport or other government ID) to prove their age.
