that's because all console preorders were automatically refunded. check your payment history, verify that it was indeed cancelled, and reorder

it was when the delay was announced last november, so i would think it should be sometime around the end of november or into december. being on steam, i wasn't affected so i can't confirm 100%, i'm afraid
