I know there are some end users making fun of your post's name. I get what you are saying and agree. Not only do we need a Trials of Osiris pool for those trying to get to the lighthouse. But Trials of Osiris need to have skirmish mode is a three vs. three Crucible playlist. It is a standard team deathmatch gametype, but when a Guardian dies, their ghost will hover where they last died, giving teammates a chance to revive them. Doing so grants an extra +50 points for that team. However, if a Guardian cannot be revived by teammates, they will have to wait five seconds before respawning, or be auto-respawned 15 seconds after death. I believe this would be another alternative way to get those to the lighthouse. Basically first team to reach 5000 points wins that match. Best of 3 matches wins the game and point goes onto their card. The rest follows upon getting seven wins then head to the Lighthouse to collect that sweet loot.
