So can we all agree that Bungie rigs guardian games?
I don't care who wins... At all... But
I mean, the scoreboard is ridiculous. One class wins every day, then the MOMENT bungie puts their hand on the scale and makes an "adjustment" then a different class proceeds to win every single day thereafter?
It doesn't feel like a competition, it feels like we are playing a fully scripted scenario.
This is indicative of the whole game where Bungie tries to control everything from weapon usage to win rates in crucible.
It just feels bad Bungie.

hunters win every year because of numbers. if they dont win its because bungie nerfs their ratings in gg. yes its rigged, just whoever bungie wants to nerf its an eververse event tho, so i wouldnt sweat it

Don't you think that it will always be whoever happens to be winning will win. There will be those who are genuinely competing, and will want their favoured class to win, but, there are others who don't care and will follow the winning path for the rewards... this will always corrupt the event (as things stand). Then there are those who absolutely don't care, and will just play 'whatever'!

With low numbers and a lot of people play as titans . Been rigged for years 🤷🏼♂️

this is completely irrelevant, and the event is just to fart out some content, cuz at the end of the day, pretty much everyone plays every class, so youll get the big rewards no matter what, and we already know the vast majority of active players use a hunter to begin with

I don’t get why people care and get worked up about GG… lucky for me i got a great roll on the launcher after just a couple of days playing, so i could quit that garbage!

Yea the whole event seemed really cool the first year they did it until I saw they were going to “balance” it. Like idc that warlocks would always lose. At least it was accurate. The only even half reasonable way to balance it would be to account for the amount of each class in existence and adjust from there. Then just leave it like that. Predictable or not 🤷🏻♂️ Bungie has these numbers too so it’s not a hard thing to implement. They know exactly how many people of each class play.

1 ReplyI don’t look at the scoreboard. I just grab a bounty from Eva, go do something then cash in medals to get stuff. Personally, I’ve found it to be a rewarding experience because of all the drops. It’s unfortunate that the armour ornaments are in Eververse, but that is what it is. Who won guardian games last year, last week or is winning this week means nothing to me at all.

It’s so obvious lol first week Hunters ran away with it, last week no one could even come within a million of the Titans score, and now first few hours into the last week and Warlocks are in the lead

You can’t tell me that’s not true, and you also can’t excuse that. I do think Bungie adjusts win chances in Crucible though, even though they claim that they don’t.

1 ReplyDoesn't matter. Hunter is the most popular class by far and GG shows it, also remember that 99% off the non hunters switched to hunters for the focus rewards... same thing is happening now with non-titans. Destiny players always take the easiest route to the goal

This is what happened, bungie nerfed the amount of points hunters can get, so titans and warlocks team up, as have you seen that warlocks always seem to have less and less points, that and if you seen cross saying they betted on a coin toss

Considering how long they let massive landslides go on, that's for sure. Let it be for like the first day or two, then adjust the numbers as needed to help the rest catch up and allow a small margin of error. Instead, they'll wait until one class has 4x more than the others combined for a week, then give that class a handicap. Next week will either see warlocks win the event or hunters.

Yes tbh I just don't care. Even if they didn't it never felt like I make an impact. I liked the top% emblem more because that's something you could see the effort put into chasing pay off.

They admitted to fiddling with the numbers a few guardian games ago if you go bk in the history enough or a twab video it's there thats why I get what I'm after then carry on as normal

They get rid of all the good events everyone loves and replace them with garbage that is pointless. Only good things about the events are some cosmetics and maybe a weapon. Otherwise there's no actual fun, unique gameplay here.

Who cares? There is absolutely zero point to guardian games. 1 good weapon, 1 old weapon with better perks, and 2 skimmers. Oh, and a whole -blam!- load of eververse crap.

First it was the hunters winning, then they absolutely turned the powers scale upside down and made titans win the next week, and leaving hunters in last. I bet they will boost hunters and let them win this year, leaving warlocks behind
