1st Anniversary Lance Reddik
Today is the 1st Anniversary of the passing of Lance Reddik.
Just thought I'd pay tribute to a fabulous contributor to the Destiny Franchise (voice of Commander Zavala), sadly taken from us too soon.
Rest in peace, Mr. Reddik. Much loved and never forgotten. 💐🫡

I don’t have a lot to do with this game these days but Lance’s passing was a blow to the gut. Still hurts a year on. May he test in peace.

3 RepliesHow very sad that Bungie didn’t even bother to memorialise Lance’s passing yesterday. Unless it was at the request of his family. I always think about Lance Reddick and his family whenever I hear his voice in the game. Especially in the tower. Having lost my father and then my spouse in 2020, I have some understanding how his wife and children feel. Even after a year the grief will still be quite raw. I’d like to say it gets better with time, it doesn’t, it just becomes more manageable. RIP Lance Reddick.

1 ReplyI can't believe it's been a year already. I also can't believe we didn't do the thing here yet, because whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.
