Unable to obtain "Memory of Eriana 3" quest from Eris
I am unable to get this quest as I need it for the Shadowkeep seal. I believe the problem arose from me claiming the quest a while back and not completing it and then deleting the character I claimed it with. Any help with reclaiming this quest would be appreciated.
*yes I have completed the campaign and checked the quest archives and with eris to see if the quest was there

When you say you completed the campaign, did you recomplete it on the deleted character? Is there a Legacy: Shadowkeep quest at the quest archive? They are not account-wide, also. Do any of the 'Memory of...' quests appear on your other characters?
