I ordered my Tyrant Ghost Shell, I believe on the 5th. I tried to get help because the order wasn’t showing up under “My Orders” despite receiving an email with the emblem code. I was told on the 7th it had been shipped, and since then the tracking number they gave me has not updated a single time, and still says and I quote [i]“A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries”[/i] Now with that said, everytime I attempted to reach customer support saying I’ve only received the emblem they only tell me I should receive my emblem in my email in a few days, BUT I ALREADY RECEIVED THE EMBLEM. That has happened twice, then I attempted to get a refund after assuming I won’t be receiving my order and they send me the freaking shipping times of items I didn’t even order?! There is some Grade A ineptitude going on behind the scenes and the fact that I can’t get ahold of a human being through a chat system or a phone number is ridiculous. It’s not the fact I’m probably gonna loose out on the money I spent but the fact y’all make it seem like you don’t even care since it’s so hard to get answers or get ahold of someone.
