Unable to receive claimed Prime rewards

Hello, Despite having claimed my Prime rewards (November) I still haven’t received the rewards in game yet. I’ve triple checked everything, I have the right accounts linked, I checked the history and it’s been registered and claimed from the prime website but I still can’t claim the items in game from Rahool. Is there something I can do? Or someone who can help?

  • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double-check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. Make sure that you claimed the previous reward in the kiosk which could prevent you from receiving the new one. If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.
