Have you ever done the exotic sword quest back in D1 by any chance? Its no different than this. A lot better than having it be pure luck 3 times a week IMO.

I did all three sword quest back in D1 and still got the swords faster than this supposedly farmable item.

Every one missed the point of "having unlimited attempts instead of only having 3 chances a week" here.

There is a big difference between running around Patrol areas to get materials than farming an entire raid with randos
