So I bought the game for Steam and set up a cross-save from Xbox (albeit an ancient account; I haven't played Destiny since 2018). For whatever reason, I cannot get past the sign-in page. It keeps giving me "Destiny Servers are Unavailable." I've set up UPnP, cleared my cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted the router/PC, and restarted Steam. Nothing can get me past the sign-in page.
Does anyone have any troubleshooting advice to help a returning guardian?

2 RepliesChange your DNS servers. Then open a Command Prompt as an Administrator and execute these commands: netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns And then reboot your PC.

It’s been an issue regarding Steam players for a while. Check your audio settings when you run the game to see if it’s blank; try setting it under default. Try also clearing your graphic cards shader cache. I know these solutions have worked for some but they haven’t for me

For I plugged my headphones got into app volume and sound preferences then launched destiny 2 changed the setting from default to headphones and microphone and it worked for me. Try it and see if it works if it doesn't then either wait for bungie to release an update to fix it or see other solutions in the help forum for PC support.
