Warlock Exotics can randomly turn off Volitile Motes and back on
Wearing warlock Exotics can cause. Volitile flow to not activate and then other times it will be active for 5-10 minutes till I die and it's off again.
My gnawing Hunger sometimes can't proc it along with veetian weapons sometimes randomly turn off Volitile Motes
And Volitile flow isn't ANTI-BARRIER ALL THE TIME
