Warlock Strand Melee charges

I'm curious if I missed something in the patch notes, or if it's always been like this, but it feels like the 2nd and 3rd "charge" for Warlock's Strand Melee take longer to cooldown, than the base/core charged melee. Like, for example, strength shows me "Melee Cooldown is 1:05, adjusted base cooldown", because of my Tier in that stat. However, charge 2 and 3 feel unaffected by orbs, let alone any other reduction in cooldown. Can someone else confirm this or help me understand whether this is intended? Or am I imaging things??

  • UPDATE: I have Tier 9 Recovery, and Tier 9 Strength. My grenades will cooldown/recover [i]faster[/i] than my melee. The Aspect (damage = grenade energy) is working harder/better than stacking armor mods that reduce cooldown (or recharge) your Melee. Case & Point; with my build (Necro Grips, Osteo Striga, T9 Rec/Str) I can eat my grenade and spread suspend/poison, [i]and regain my grenade 2x[/i] before seeing the 2nd charge of my melee come off cooldown. ...please address... melee focused Armor Mods aren't working as intended.
