9 times out of 10 the Control matches I end up in devolve into a constant fire fight and not trying to take and control zones. New players need to understand the objective is in the name. This isn't Rumble. Fight when you need to, stick with your team and take the zones.

I fux wit this. 😂 😂 😂 Good ish!
-
Wait, Destiny has PvP ??
-
honestly gave me a good laugh

Control is the ONLY MODE. I used to play objectives. I realized I was getting farmed, and no one on my team cares to cap or hold, so I stopped too. Now I actually have fun in 6s. If TDM was an option I’d play that, but it isn’t.

Should also mention that you get points for each guardian standing in the zone when it is captured. You can get 6 points before the first shot is fired. Amazing how many players run by the first zone at the beginning of every match, or stand next to the zone watching me capture it. Get in the zone dummy!

Control isn't an Objective game mode. It's Slayer with multipliers. The best strategy is to hold two zones and keep the other team in a disadvantaged spawn area, making it more difficult for them to break out and flip. What loses games is people who think Control is King of the Hill and they need to be on everything.

Can I stand in a zone while the enemy is also standing in the same zone? What if they start shooting at me?
-
Erm, who cares in a mode where there's next to no difference between winning and losing?
-
I'm confused about whether I'm stood in the zone or not?
-
So are you saying stand IN the zone? As in, actually inside it? To ‘capture’ it? What?!

Not being funny but you’ve just made an essay from basically the same sentence over and over. Secondly, the way you’re explaining it is majorly over complicating control - a basic concept that 90% of people who’ve played a fps would understand just by name, definitely not good advice for new lights.
