Replace ophidian nerf with gyrfalcon nerf. Warlocks are least used class in crucible ophidian aren’t that good clearly or else everyone would be using ophidian warlocks.

There is no lack of good exotics. When one exotic works on every subclass to great effect, you get overusage and a lack of diversity. Stompees and dunes also suffer from this. How good they are isn’t a problem.

Eye buffs your ability regen. Good for certain builds only. Though could definitely use a rework. Stag buffs your rift. Veil is 🐶 💩 Karnstein is giving you a buff on a melee kill Winters guile is a buff on a melee kill Necrotic is a debuff on melee hit Chromatic fire is an explosion on kinetic precision kills Phidias buffs all of your weapons handling, all of your weapons reload, your ability to hit shots in the air and how far you can melee opponents. They are not tied to a subclass, they are not tied to an ability, they are not tied to a weapon of any kind. They are not something you build into nor even something you can build into. Everything you listed has builds attached to them (except veil, it’s useless). Ophidians is just slapped on any subclass for any guns. It doesn’t change you playstyle.
