Unable to claim season 17 rewards on app or website
Help, I completed the season 17 pass yesterday, including buying some ranks on PS5 and did not claim all the rewards. Now I am unable to claim them. They are not showing up on the app or the website for me.

First day of the new season i went to change my hunter and titans looks found out the epialos following set that i did claim during season of the haunted does not exist and when i dont even have any previous season rewards to claim on the app. i looked in my inventory/ amanda holliday and cryptarc etc. it was nowhere. i even checked in the collections, my warlock set shows up but my hunter and titans dont even exist

It's happening with me as well... When I click Previous Season, it says Season of the Haunted, however it actually shows the claimed/unclaimed rewards from Season of the Risen.... My first claimed reward is Grand Overture... =/

I am also having this issue I forgot to claim the rewards for my warlock and titan and whenever I try to go to the past season on the browser or companion app to claim the rewards there, I see the rewards for the season of the risen instead.

Same exact problem. Just finished the season and bought some of the ranks at that and had not yet claimed the items.

I have the same problem. Returning player, I purchased the Season of the Haunted about 15 days ago and reached season 17 rank level 65. I can't retrieve my unclaimed items including 3 exotic engrams as my level progress is reflected as level 1. So aside from not getting the rewards, you are insulted by seeing you only reached level 1 after all your efforts. It doesn't even show the correct paid and free tracks as what is shown is the one with the exotic on level 1. Makes you really feel haunted. Please make this right, Bungie. Stop reminding me of why I left after Forsaken.

2 RepliesSo i sumitted a ticket about it and i got this response: "Many cosmetic items that were unlocked and claimed through a Season Pass Rank while it was available can be reacquired using the appropriate Collection in the character inventory screen. If the Season Pass Rank item in question was not claimed while it was available during it’s season or the immediately following season, players can no longer claim the item. Bungie does not restore items that have been intentionally or accidentally deleted from a player’s account." So i ask, what the point in having a past season reward section in the website? Plus the person didnt even mention about the mistake in their own page about the past season saying season of the haunted but showing season of the risen rewards. After that this persons just closed the topic without more response.

I restarted game multiple times and didnt see it anyway.. it makes me so angry because i have grind so much and giving bungie money and then this happens.. I would really appreciate it if i can get my head ornament back!! Thank you.

Same here, and as many of players here, I completed the pass of the Season of the Haunted, and left unclaimed almost all of the rewards to claim during this season, but I can’t find the rewards in the app. Please help!

Hello Guardians, On my account it says that i only have one item in my Main Char to retrieve (Exotic Cypher), when im sure that i did not claim all Eververse and Exotic Engrams, and some Umbral's Thank you for the support on checking the problem Bungie ;) BR

3 RepliesI’m having the same problem, I left a bunch of rewards unclaimed weapons armor etc I tried to claim them on the seasons past page and although it says season of the haunted it’s showing me season of the risen rewards instead.

2 RepliesSame here and same for a few people I have talked to. Usually you can claim past season pass items...this time it just says "completed" when I know I didn't.
